    We attach particular importance to the quality of our products. All our products are covered by a two-year international warranty, from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and defective materials. In the event that one of our products does not meet your expectations, you can return it.

    What is not covered by the International Warranty:

    • defects and damage related to loss, theft, fire or any other cause beyond our control;
    • defects and damage resulting from misuse, negligence or accident;
    • defects and damage resulting from improper use (impact, denting, crushing, etc.), modifications, alterations, components and accessories (such as ink bottles or cartridges) other than those manufactured or recommended by the site.
    • defects and damage related to normal wear and tear and deterioration;
    • routine repairs and cleaning;
    • batteries after 2 years
  • Reimbursement

    You can return your order to us for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the invoice date. To do this, you must return the order to our address. Refer to the next paragraph "How to return your order".

  • How to return your order?

    If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you should contact our after-sales service: support@loxor.io to arrange for the return of your order.

    Your return must absolutely be accompanied by the return form completed with your delivery address.

    Please note that the return procedure can be long and can take up to 2 months. If the product to be returned is out of stock, you can request an exchange or refund.
