2. Application of the General Terms and conditions of sale
The order of the client implies the acceptance of the entirety of these general conditions. These are necessarily approved in an explicit way during the passage of an order on the site of Loxor.io.
3. Presentation of the products
The characteristics of the products are presented on the pages "products" of the site. The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, the photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors or omissions have been made to produce this presentation, the responsibility of Loxor.io can not be engaged.
All the products offered are in conformity with the European legislation in place or by default to the Belgian legislation. All products are guaranteed by the suppliers against manufacturing defects and not against the normal wear and tear due to the regular use or to a bad use of the product.
The products remain the property of Loxor.io until the complete payment of the order. However, as of the date of delivery, the risk of the delivered goods is transferred to the customer.
4. Prices of products
the prices are presented in euros all taxes included. The VAT included is the Belgian VAT. Its amount is 21%. If the rate of VAT had to be modified, these changes will be reflected on the price of the articles.
Nevertheless, such a modification will never affect the orders placed on the site before such a change.
Loxor.io reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products are billed at the price in force at the time of the confirmation of the order.
Any order placed and delivered outside of Belgium may be subject to taxes and customs duties which are the responsibility of the Customer. Loxor.io is not held to check, nor to inform the customer of the customs duties and taxes applicable. In ordering on the site, the customer is considered as the importer of records and required to comply with all the laws and regulations of the country where the customer receives the goods. The customer must be well aware that the cross-border deliveries may be subject to a procedure of opening and inspection of the parcel by the customs authorities.
The special offers, bonus codes and other promotions are not combinable unless explicitly indicated in the communication of the promotion in question.
5. Availability of products
Offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. In the event of default of execution of the contract resulting from the unavailability of the order, the customer will be informed of this unavailability by electronic mail, the order will be canceled and the customer will be refunded by crediting his bank account or to his credit card within a time limit of maximum 30 days after the notification of the lack of stock or discontinuing of the item and after the customer has confirmed their wish to be refunded.
6. Control
All orders signed by the customer by clicking on the button "Confirm my order" as well as the seizure of data on successive screens (and in particular the information concerning civility, name, first name, complete delivery address, email, date of birth, telephone number, during the first order of the client) and the seizure of the credit card number and its expiry date, constitute a final acceptance of the conditions of sale and the payment and validation of the transaction. The data recorded by Loxor.io constitute the proof of the whole of the transactions passed by Loxor.io and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer by mail at the earliest during the validation of the transaction or at the latest at the time of the shipping of the order.
7. Payment
The client has the ability to pay by the following modes of payment:
a. Payment by credit card
Payment is made online by credit card. The cards Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard are accepted. The Customer will provide the number of his bank card associated with the date of expiry and the CVC code. The order will be processed upon receipt of the Order and of the Regulations.
In order to ensure the security of payments, Loxor.io uses one of the services of Secure payment PAYPAL, STRIPE and OGONE. These third party services are responsible for the security of your data of payments. The confidential data (credit card number as well as the date of expiry, the CVC code) are directly transmitted in an encrypted way on the server of these claimants without transiting on the physical media servers of Loxor.io. Once the order is validated, the payment request is routed directly to one of the following sites PAYPAL, STRIPE, or OGONE, they are responsible for the management and securing the payment. Once the payment is confirmed by one of the companies PAYPAL, STRIPE or OGONE, the order is then transmitted to our logistics service which is responsible for preparing the order and manages the sending of the goods. The account of the client is then debited for the amount of his invoice corresponding to the(X) Product(s) and to the costs of transport where appropriate.
b. Default of payment
Loxor.io reserves the right to refuse to carry out a delivery or to honor an order emanating from a customer who would not have regulated completely or partially a preceding order or with which a litigation of payment would be in the course of administration.
c. Verification of payments
Loxor.io controls all the orders that have been validated on its site. These controls are intended to protect Loxor.io of abusive practices carried out by fraudsters.
The services of Loxor.io may be led to ask the customer all the parts necessary for the release of its order: Proof of domicile or the name of the client, or proof of domicile in the name of the person specified for the delivery address etc... These requests will be made by electronic mail. If the client does not provide the required supporting documentation within 8 days from the date of the request, Loxor.io may then decide to cancel the order.
8. Delivery
a. General Conditions of delivery
The geographical area of delivery extends to the whole of the Metropolitan France, to which is added Monaco and Andorra, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands.
As an indication, the average delay for a standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days. The delivery will be carried out from Monday to Friday at the address indicated by the customer during the order.
If the package shows traces of Significant Deterioration or opening, the package must be refused and it will be returned to the Logistics Center - Loxor.io Zoutstraat 61 1070 Brussels, Belgium. If the package shows traces of Significant Deterioration or for the opening and the customer nevertheless decides to accept the package, it will not be able to in no case take Loxor.io responsible for any possible damage of the product or failure in the package.
Loxor.io must fulfill the order in a period of 30 days from the day following the day that the customer has paid his order. The exceeding of the time limit for the expedition, can give place to no cancellation of the order, with any reduction of the price paid by the customer and to no payment at all for damages and interest, as soon as the client is delivered in the 30 days following the confirmation of his order.
The company Loxor.io cannot be held responsible for the breach of contract, in the event of force majeure, disruption or general strikes, or total or partial, including postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, storm, fire.
The shipping fees vary depending on the country of delivery, the amount of the order and the mode of shipment. The customer is informed of the delivery charges before the validation of their order.
b. Modalities, shipping time and costs
Loxor.io attaches a special attention to the delivery of its products, and offers the customer multiple shipping solutions as a function of its needs, while optimizing the costs and time of delivery.
Standard sending service is DPD/Colissimo
For a standard delivery, the customer will be able to opt for the service DPD/colissimo. The package will be delivered by hand and against signature of the customer or delivered in a collection point if this service is available.

If the customer chooses to be delivered to his home or to a specified address:
Once the parcel is sent, the customer will receive a confirmation email stating the number of the parcel. The customer may then follow the parcels in real time by connecting to the site Http://www.dpd.be
In case of absence of the customer at the time of passage of the deliveryman, he will leave a message to were the client can pick-up his order with his identity card. As from the date indicated on the notice of passage, the customer will then have 14 days to go withdraw it at the point of withdrawal indicated. Past this time, the parcel will be automatically returned to the sender. The cost of return shipping will then be the responsibility of the client, at the given price.
Delivery time*: 2-5 working days.
*The delivery time begins to run from the date of shipment. The delivery times are indicative, subject to stock availability of products. Loxor.io cannot be held responsible for any delay linked to a case of force majeure.Express delivery:
The customer can opt for an express delivery for a surcharge indicated to the customer at the time of the finalization of their order if this service is available. The time limit for transport in Express is in general 24 to 48 hours. Nevertheless, Loxor.io having recourse to the services of external delivery, Loxor.io can not be held responsible for the delays in deliveries caused by these providers of transport.
9. Return policy
The customer has a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s) ordered for exchange or refund. The expenses of return will be paid by the customer.
The customer must make the request through the Internet site of Loxor.io in the section "My Profile - After-Sales Service". If the request for return is not introduced via the Internet site, the request will not be processed by Loxor.io. The customer will need to follow the procedure explained on the website concerning the procedure of returns.
In all cases, the product must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories...), and accompanied by a copy of returned goods form to be printed by the client on the Internet site during the creation of a demand for return. Any product which is incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted as well as any returned Product without the necessary supporting documents or not having been referred by following the procedure described on the Internet site.
10. Refund
In the case of reimbursement, the product must be returned under 30 days (at the expense and risk of the customer), to the following address:

For any returns, the customer must carefully fill in and return the return form and print it from the Internet site of Loxor.io. In a concern for constant improvement of the service to the customer of Loxor.io, it will be requested from the customer to indicate the reason for the return. The costs of the return of the product(s) are at the charge of the customer. The product(s) returned will be repaid upon receipt of the product by Loxor.io. The reimbursement will be by repayment of the means of payment used by the customer at the time of the order.
The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories...) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the coupon of return duly completed via the Internet site. Any product which is incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. No refund or reshipment is performed for items received after the deadline of 30 days.
10. Guarantee and returns under warranty
Loxor.io offers a guarantee on all of the products offered on the site. The warranty period for the product is set at minimum 2 years or more according to the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product.
The warranty period starts from the date of shipment of the goods, the date on the delivery order being authentic. To involve the warranty, the customer must first complete the return form in warranty via the after sales service page of the Loxor.io site.

11. Responsibility
For all stages of access to the Site, Consultation, filling in forms, placing an order, delivery of items or any other service, the company Loxor.io has an obligation of means. Accordingly, the responsibility of Loxor.io cannot be committed for all the disadvantages or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network and totally outside the stagecoaches and precautions taken by Loxor.io. In particular, any disruption in the supply of the service, or any external intrusion or the presence of a computer virus, does not engage the responsibility of Loxor.io. Similarly, any qualified fact of force majeure within the meaning of the case law of the Court of Cassation exempts full Loxor.io of any responsibility. In all cases, the responsibility Loxor.io can never be greater than

13. Applicable law
The present contract is subject to Belgian law. The language of the contract is the French language. Any dispute occurred in the framework of the application or the interpretation of this contract will be submitted to the competent courts of the Region of Brussels in Belgium.
